Kim provided exceptional support to both me and my son throughout what was a very complex situation, including transfer of equity on a shared ownership property and purchase of a retirement property At 61 and 21, we weren't the most straightforward case, and another mortgage adviser had already told us that what we wanted to achieve simply wasn't possible. We'd almost given up hope that we could both secure our own mortgages and own our own properties. Thankfully, we spoke to Kim.
